White Pine Needle Herbal Extract, Natural, 1 Fl Oz, Made in Maine

30-40 drops (0.7-0.9ml) in water, tea or juice, 2-3 times daily between meals. Half of the dose (15-20 drops) for kids 5 to 12 years old.
