The inner layer is made of high-quality organic bamboo flannel, free of any chemicals, soft and hypoallergenic.
The outer layer is a TPU cotton, to stop leakage, and there is a small storage bag in the middle of the castor oil pack, you can put ice packs or hot water packs in the body wrap according to your personal preference, to promote the body's absorption of castor oil or to cool down.
It can be used many times after cleaning.

Benefits

See our for all uses and benefits

For the Neck Thyroid: Castor oil is good for improving blood circulation in the neck, relieving muscle pain, reducing inflammation and relieving thyroid problems.
Castor oil pack wrap enhance liver detoxification and colon cleansing, helping with digestion and constipation. It also improves blood circulation, which improves your sleep quality and physical condition.
Pain relief and the reduction of inflammation: In modern medicine, drugs are widely prescribed to help combat pain and inflammation, despite evidence indicating their potential to adversely affect the digestive tract and hinder the ability of joint tissues to heal and repair. Castor oil can be used as a safer alternative, with topical application of it shown to be highly effective.

Directions

1)Prepare your space thoughtfully so you can relax.
2)Wear old clothes and place a towel down in case of any leakage.
3)On first use spread 3-4 tablesoons of castor oil from the centre .
4) After First use, add 1 tablespoon to the Neck pack on each use. Wash the pack after 2 weeks of use (gentle machine wash) then repeat steps 3 & 4
5)Place the castor oil pack where you would like:
Body Pack- Most commonly the entire mid-section from clavicle to pelvic bone, ribcage to pelvic bone, directly over liver and gallbladder or around the stomach area.
Neck Pack- directly over the thyroid for autoimmune conditions or nodules.
Breast Pack- directly on the breast area (Use old bra/t-shirt to avoid staining)
6)Relax for preferably an hour with your legs elevated comfortably.
If using a Castor Oil Body or Neck Pack that ties around you, you can go about your day or sleep in it for best results.
7)When time is up, gently remove the pack then rub in the excess castor oil into the skin. You can also wipe the excess castor oil off with warm water if needed.

*Use it every 2 days, topping up the wrap with 3 to 4 tablespoons of castor oil.
You can continue to use and top up the wrap for 2 weeks before it needs to be washed.
Wash on a 'delicate wash' , using a gentle detergent and adding some white vinegar to the fabric softener dispenser. This cleans the pack well, no need for extra heat or detergent.

How often can you use a castor oil pack?

For maximum effectiveness, apply at least four consecutive days per week for one full month. Clients who use the pack daily report the most benefits.

For more serious health issues or if you lack time throughout the day, I recommend to sleep in it. I have personally done this many times and feel fabulous in the morning.

Once you have experienced the benefits, it is nice to use them once a week to a couple times a month for maintenance. You can always return to them more frequently if issues arise again (ex. digestive distress – bloating/constipation, painful periods, or just experiencing inflammation or water retention).

The great thing is that you can do what feels good for you. There are no specific rules to Castor Oil Packs. If you do start to feel any stomach upset, which is unlikely, you can skip a day or two between them and still see results.

Remember that you can reuse the pack several times (up to 6 months), each time adding more oil as needed to keep the pack saturated.
