Re-Shipping Fee

To have an item reshipped, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.

Items that will incur a new shipping fee include:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to collect the parcel on time 
• Returned to sender
• Customs issues
• other

In the case of needing to reship an item, we only charge the true cost of shipping, which includes the postage fee, parcel packaging materials, and handling.

Why We Charge a Small Additional Fee:
The actual postage fee is not the only sole expense in shipping. We must charge the small extra fee to cover costs incurred for the payment transaction fees we are charged to accept the online payment, parcel re-packaging materials, and staff time for parcel packaging and handling.

Why is the Shipping Fee Higher than the Original Fee?
Our items and customers are in many locations globally, shipping from some regions can be higher than what a customer initially pays, depending on the item selected. Having accurate fees for every single order would require a very complex system which we currently do not have in place. To ensure fairness among our customers and to avoid complexity, we use a basic average flat fee postage calculation system for all orders. Sometimes, you may pay less than what it actually costs us to ship the item. This approach reduces work for our team and balances costs so that all customers have a reasonable cost and we absorb the loss in order to have happy return customers. For reshipping an item, we charge the true shipping figure as we have likely already given a discount on the original shipping cost.
