The sublingual form of the spray makes melatonin more bioavailable and its action faster. Importantly, the dietary supplement works immediately, it is not necessary to take Chronobian regularly for it to work properly.
Chronobiane Immédiat is recommended for supplementation in the case of:

• difficulty falling asleep,
• there is lag mitigation,
• waking up at night to help you fall asleep again.
• One of the basic components of the sleep mechanism is melatonin, a hormone produced naturally by the pineal gland in the dark. By releasing melatonin, the pineal gland informs the brain that it is dark and that it is a good time to sleep.

Melatonin synthesis begins in the absence of light and peaks between 2 and 4 a.m., then declines in the second half of the night to prepare for wakefulness. For some people, this message no longer works properly, causing difficulty falling asleep or delaying sleep time.
"Resynchronization" can be achieved by increasing the level of melatonin with 1 or 2 sprays of Chronobiane Immédiat at bedtime or when awake (1 spray provides 0.5 mg of melatonin).

Dosage

If you have difficulty falling asleep:

• 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime.

For fatigue due to the time difference:

• 1 to 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the days following arrival at the destination (4 to 8 days).
