Directions for Use

Adults - If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do no take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Cautions

žVitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

žThe recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men. Contains soya beans and sulfites.

žThis particular product does not contain herbs.

žStore below 25°C in a dry place.
