Thompson's SuperLecithin is derived from unsaturated soya bean oil, considered to be the bestsource of nutritional lecithin. Super Lecithin is supplied in a high potency1200mg capsule, supplying not less than 60% phosphatides with approximately 14%phosphatidylcholine.

Important for thehealth and function of nerve cells, Thompson's Super Lecithin containsphosphatdyl choline (as a source of of Choline) which is needed for cellmembrane integrity and to facilitate the movement of fats in and out of cells.
