This is a unisex prenatal and can also be used as a general multivitamin.

Prenatal Methyl contains 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), a biologically active form of folate which supports a healthy pregnancy and healthy foetal development. It also contains zinc which supports reproductive system health and preconception health in healthy males and females.

How to use

Adults (Males and Females): Take 3 capsules once per day, with water.

Cautions

žVitamin statement: Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.

žThis medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

žDo not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

žVitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

žDo not use if tamper evidence seal is missing, torn or broken.
