Dosage

Portion recommended for consumption during the day:
drop directly into the mouth or served on a teaspoon. This serving contains 50 μg vitamin D3 (2000 IU), which corresponds to 1000% of the recommended daily allowance (RWS) and 50% of the safe daily allowance (UL) for people over 11 years of age.
When used in children under 11 years of age, Vitamin D3 FORTE sun should not be taken together with other products containing vitamin D.
During pregnancy and feeding - taking vitamin D preparations during pregnancy and feeding should be consulted with a doctor.
Prolonged intake of excessive daily doses of vitamin D during pregnancy and feeding can have a negative effect on the fetus and newborn. Excess vitamin D can cause fetal deformity and bone disease in the newborn.
