This is a simple, handmade Comfrey salve. Made in very small batches, keeping some for personal use and a couple jars for gifting. The remaining few jars are up for sale here.
The salve is made from Comfrey that is organically grown here in the Hocking Hills region of Ohio. It is never treated with any type of chemical herbicide or pesticide!
The Comfrey leaves are hand picked, rinsed and dried on racks in a clean environment. Dried leaves, from all of our research, make a better infusion. The Comfrey is infused at low temperature with organic virgin olive oil, then strained. To solidify the infusion, organic yellow bees wax is added. Vitamin E oil is added as a preservative.
The salve you are purchasing has been packaged in a 4 oz. sterile glass jar. The listing is for 1 jar. If you purchase more than one jar, I will any overage in costs.
