Vitamin D is derived from lanolin, which is used to obtain 7-Dehydrocholesterol - an organic derivative of cholesterol.

Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) and vitamin K2 (menaquinone) are the two most important forms of vitamin K found in food. Vitamin K1 can be found in green leafy vegetables, spinach, broccoli, etc. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
Vitamin K2 is present in a high concentration in natto - a traditional Japanese dish and is much better absorbed by the body than vitamin K1.
