    Shipping

     We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. If the system cannot verify an address, we will reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment. 
     We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed.
     
     We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed for fulfillment.
     
      Our system does not recognize emojis or special characters/font. If an emoji or special characters/font are included in the billing/shipping address, we will have to cancel the order. 
     
     Sports Research is not responsible for any carrier delays.
     

     Refunds will not be given without a valid receipt and a return authorization number ("RMA"). Customers may not return the same item for refund more than once. We do not refund shipping costs associated with purchases successfully delivered.
     RETURN SHIPPING:
    • Return shipping costs will be the customer's expense.
    • All returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach the Sports Research warehouse. Be sure your return is packed properly and will not get damaged during transit.
    • If you are shipping an item over 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • Return drop-offs (at Sports Research Headquarters and/or Warehouse) will not be accepted.
    • If you are returning multiple items, you do not need to generate multiple labels unless you plan on shipping items out in separate packages.
