What does Willowherb Epilobium Tea taste like?
Mild pleasant and fine aromatic taste.

How to use/consume Dried Epilobium Parviflorum?

Tea/Infusion (normal):
2 tablespoons of dried stems & flowers poured into 500 ml of boiling water, leave for a few minutes. Strain and drink before meals, no more than 2 cups a day.

Medical Tea/Infusion:
3 tablespoons of the dried herb poured with 200 ml of boiling water, boiled for 10-15 minutes in a water bath, cooled and strained. Take 2-3 tablespoons daily before or with meals.

Tincture:
Use epilobium for conditions such as UTIs in the form of a concentrated tincture, which can be applied directly under the tongue or mixed with water.

Poultice:
Applied to the skin, an epilobium poultice can help to relieve against skin irritations.

NOTE:
If not using the tea straight away, you can it in a covered jug or container in the fridge for up to 24 hours and gently warm the mixture before drinking. Gastrointestinal disturbances may occur with prolonged use.

Recommended daily dosage:
2 cups of tea per day.
