Environmentally friendly kraft packaging and envelope.
Preparation as a tea:
Boil 1.5 grams or 1/2 teaspoon with 600 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. Filter and at room temperature.
Intake:
Take about 200ml three times a day, 15 minutes before meals.
Preparation as a herbal drink:
Pour 500ml of boiling water over 2 teaspoons.
Allow to steep for 60 minutes.
Intake:
2 x 250ml per day,
20 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals.
Infusion/Tea:
1.5 grams of sweet wormwood or 1/2 teaspoon of sweet wormwood is boiled for 10 minutes with 600 ml of boiling water. The resulting tea is filtered and drunk at room temperature three times a day for 15 minutes before eating.
For dosing, please use the following formula: 0.02 grams per kilogram of adult body weight.
Externally:
The same infusion is used. Can be used only externally with double the dosis!
Recipe 2:
Steep 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of dried wormwood leaves in one cup (250 mL) of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes; the longer you steep, the more bitter the flavor.
Add peppermint, honey, or lemon juice to taste (not required).
Wormwood tea should be taken unsweetened to have the best effect, but you can counter the bitterness by adding dried peppermint or anise.
Recommended daily dosage:
0.02 grams per kilogram of adult body weight.

From a legal point of view, components of annual mugwort (Artemisia annua) are to be assessed as a novel food ingredient within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 in conjunction with and in accordance with Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470.
Artemisia annua was not on the market for human consumption in the Community to a significant extent before May 15, 1997. There is no approval procedure according to Art. 6 Para. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283. Therefore, it is not approved as a dietary supplement or as a food.
For this reason, we sell this product purely as a "plant-based raw material without an intended purpose" and not as a dietary supplement or food.
Due to EU guidelines (health claims), we are not permitted to provide information about the effects of Artemisia annua. We ask you to find out more in the relevant specialist literature or on the Internet.
