Refunds will not be given without a valid receipt and a return authorization number ("RMA"). Customers may not return the same item for refund more than once. We do not refund shipping costs associated with purchases successfully delivered.
RETURN SHIPPING: - Return shipping costs will be the customer's expense.
- All returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach the Sports Research warehouse. Be sure your return is packed properly and will not get damaged during transit.
- If you are shipping an item over 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit.
