This is our most popular tea, and for good reason. With this tea, you can chill out without having to worry about knocking out. Thanks to our main active ingredients; Passionflower and catnip, you'll get to relax your nervous system without having to overcome the strong sedatives found in our Sleep Tea. You don't even have to wait for the herbs to kick in to get the relaxation process started. This tea has Lavender and Rose Petals, whose calming scent and pleasant taste will put you at ease in no time.

The base of this tea is Lemon Balm and Motherwort which are both from the mint family and are known to calm the nervous system. Furthermore, Oatstraw was added for the healing and strengthening benefits to the nervous system. Finally, Herb Man added Rosemary and Cinnamon to work as catalysts for the other herbs to work better and make the formula slightly warm.
