Short Description of Mullein Tea (Verbascum Thapsus):
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) is a common weed that has long been used in herbal medicine. Mullein has been used since ancient times, and its use and popularity only seem to be increasing as time goes on.
The leaves and flowers are both used medicinally. The top portion of the stem develops yellow flowers that have a faint, honey-like odor. This, along with the stamens, constitutes the active ingredient.
Mullein is weedy and thus widely available, the only major thing to consider is that harvesting is best in areas that are free of pollutants. From 10 kg of fresh mullein leaves 1 kg of dry ones is obtained.

What does Mullein tea taste like?
Rich, aromatic, refreshing, subtly sweet, herbal taste. Mullein Flowers taste like wildflowers and honey.

How to use Mullein Leaves / Mullein Tea Recipe:

Infusion/Tea:
1 tablespoon of herb is boiled for 5-10 minutes in 250 ml of boiling water. Strain! Drink 1 cup 2-3 times a day. Raw honey can be added for even better taste.

Externally:
The same infusion is used, but with a double dose of leaves.

Smoking:
Using this smokable herb can be done with a pipe, but it certainly isn’t the healthiest approach to using the plant for healing.
Mullein that is too dry won't smoke smoothly, so add a little moisture and rub the leaves together for the best result.

Recommended daily dosage:
3g - 5g daily.
