This base is moisture rich and smooth creating a natural wear lip gloss with natural antioxidant benefits. Solid shiny lip gloss base with Natural Organic Castor Oil and Vitamin E that gives shine and thickness.
Melt at low temperature (use double boiler method, microwave with short bursts, or a low hot plate).
Add color stir thoroughly (optional: add flavor oil and mix thoroughly again) pour into lip balm pots or lip balm tubes.
Let cool completely.
