This is an old formula of Herb Man’s that has evolved gradually over the course of decades. Originally the Knock Out tea only started out as Chamomile Flowers, Passion Flowers, and a bit of Lemon Balm. To create a stronger sedative effect, Catnip, California Poppy, Hops and a little bit of Valerian Root were added to make it the Knock Out formula it is today. Finally, Licorice was added as a grounding catalyst herb to bring the formula together, and then Rosebuds to add a real special touch to this one-of-a-kind formula.

If you don't sleep deeply, make a cup about half an hour before bed, urinate, and get ready to sleep deeper. If you have a history of insomnia, then start drinking strong cups (with 2 or 3 tsp in just a cup of hot water). If you are having a panic attack you can drink it during the day. This formula is a much stronger sedative than any -bought “sleepy tea”.

Herb Man spends his evenings replying to questions from his clients and drinks this formula when he want to stop working to make sure he sleeps deeply.
