Usage: If hot flashes are all day, drink the tea all day. If the hot flashes and night sweats are only at night, drink before bed. The formula may not work much during the first week as the herbs slowly BALANCE THE H0RM0NES. Most women see results in a week or two. Then, when these menopause symptoms improve, don't stop taking the tea; take less. If the symptoms continue, take more tea, like 2 or 3 cups daily.

HOW TO USE: To make an herbal decoction (tea), add 1 TABLESPOON of dried herbs to ABOUT 5 CUPS OF WATER in a pot. Boil the water with the herbs then simmer for about 10 minutes or allow this too steep for about 30 minutes. Strain and cool to suitable drinking temperature. Sweetener is not recommended.
