Directions
Each bag contains approximately 25-30 servings or approx.
- Add 1 tablespoon of dried herbs to about 5 cups of water in a pot.
- Boil the water with the herbs, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or allow to steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain and let cool to a comfortable drinking temperature.
- Sweetener is not recommended to maintain the natural detoxing benefits of the herbs.
